Hayden Panettiere lacking promotion for I Love You Beth Cooper?

Where the heck is Hayden Panettiere? With 18 days left until I Love You Beth Cooper premiers, isn’t it time she be hitting up Conan O’Brien, Regis and Kelly, Ellen DeGeneres, Good Morning America, Today and be doing Ryan Seacrest and other key radio markets? Even Radio Disney.

Has 20th Century Fox laid off all its PR people, or are they as lame as the entire PR industry in the 21st Century? That’s why smart marketers have become Marketing Sociologists.

I Love You Beth Cooper opens against Sacha Baron Cohen’s Bruno, Blood – The Last Vampire, Humpday and Soul Power, a story about a three-day music festival in Zaire in 1974 featuring a performance by James Brown.

Cohen’s ALL over the place. Where’s Hayden Panettiere?

  1. CindyLover1969 - true, but entertainers write that into their contracts when they're suppose to promo other projects. Then at the end of August, beginning of September there's the U.K. and Europe I Love You Beth Cooper releases (they already have Ashley Tisdale's Guilty Pleasure). So she could be doing promo now, go back to Heroes for a month, then to U.K. Zac Efron's 17 Again did 1/3 overseas, $36-million, what it did in U.S. - just less than $100-mill. Thank goodness for DVD sales.

Some parts of Europe, yes. But not the UK (where I am). That said, we'll probably get more promo stuff from Hayden closer to the time. And in fairness, with all the US talk shows in repeat mode next week... http://www.interbridge.com/lineups.html

  3. CindyLover1969 – Really appreciate you following this site. On June 14, I posted a show from Spain that both Ashley Tisdale and Miley Cyrus have been on. On that date, I discovered Guilty Pleasure was being released the next day on Amazon in both UK and Japan. There are two used copies on Amazon UK already. It is like $17 U.S. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002C26CN8/ref=s9_simz_gw_s0_i1?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-1&pf_rd_r=1Y7CJZVS7VDKSF2JP232&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=467198433&pf_rd_i=468294

The Japanese version has an extra song and the video of It’s Alright, It’s Okay. It sells for about $24 U.S. (11-13 pounds?) http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/B0026A5TKS/ref=s9_subs_gw_s0_p15_i1?pf_rd_m=AN1VRQENFRJN5&pf_rd_s=center-1&pf_rd_r=0A64PQA0AVN3HXYHW9C9&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=463376736&pf_rd_i=489986
