Sunday evening, Tisdale posted the first photo to Twitter. The photo below that is from Tisdale's Facebook page, posted the same day.
Tisdale is wearing the same outfit in both photos. The second photo has a head right in Tisdale's boobs. Is that Efron enjoying himself?

Nah, I don't think they hooked up. Even if they did, Vanessa is with another guy now so maybe she gave them her blessing.
