Bridgit Mender 12-20-12
Tempe, AZ Mayan Apocalypse Eve show
Good luck seeing her

Watching Bridgit Mendler in Tempe on her Mayan Apocalypse Eve show 12-20-12 was next to impossible. Someone had a table mobile device about 14 x 12 inches placed right in front of Ms. Mendler. Parents were putting children on their shoulders to see over this obstruction.

Ms. Mender didn't say anything. Yet she went off to the side of the crowd to accept a drawing of herself.

After keeping the crowd waiting, making the fantastic opening band, Weird is the New Cool, cut its set to three songs (they finished with Taylor Swift's We Are Never, Ever Getting Back Together - sort of ska meets Flo Rida meets Swift).

There's a word for Mender, who does have a fantastic voice, Diva!

May not have been able to see her onstage, but did get to get up close with her limo.

Orianthi response to
playing with Taylor Swift
":) that would b cool! I'm a fan she is great !"

Hope I'm not breaking a confidence. On July 14, 2012, blogged that Taylor Swift should have Orianthi on her upcoming tour as Swift's guitarist. Opening act wouldn't be bad either, but Swift has had lame opening acts.

Orianthi sent this direct message on Twitter today, ":) that would b cool! I'm a fan she is great "

Arguably Orianthi is currently the greatest living guitarist. Almost a year on the road with Alice Cooper has refined her playing.

So let's look at the similarities. Both are blond, both are in their 20s, one 27, the other 22, neither should be dating 18-year old boys. Both have an accent. One from "down south" and the other from "down under." Both have "signature" brand guitars.

Start a movement to have Swift add Orianthi as her guitarist!

Taylor Swift
We are Never Ever Getting Back Together
John Mayer story continues

For all wondering who "We are Never Ever Getting Back Together" is about - John Mayer.

It was a one night stand for Mayer, too. Even Swift mentions that in "We are Never Ever Getting Back Together" - "It lasted for a day...."

Story behind the song. While making her new CD, first announced on Tween Music December 14, 2011 almost six months before anywhere else, someone mentioned Mayer was now dating Katy Perry almost immediately after she and Russell Brand announced their divorce (no one has spoken about the Christmas Day, 2011 photos of Katy Perry cheating on Brand in Hawaii that forced Brand to call it off). That led to the song "We are Never Ever Getting Back Together," possibly the last song recorded for Red.

Same deal as 78violet Aly and AJ CD and tour. Last century this stuff was called "vapor-ware." You're never going to see it.

Was Miley Cyrus beaten?
Self injury?

A day after she cut her hair, Miley Cyrus posted this picture to Twitter. It could be makeup, flour. It could be she was beaten, fell off a horse, self injury? No explanation. It does look like she was beaten around the nose and eyebrow. What do our law enforcement readers say?

Her next post was "self love is the greatest of all flatterers" with this picture:

For creating mystery, it doesn't make sense. She should at least have an upcoming CD and tour like Taylor Swift.

Did Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth
break up?

Today's tweets from Miley Cyrus. Liam Hemsworth reportedly Twitterless.

We're born alone we live alone we die alone. Only through our ❤ & friendship can we create the illusion for the moment that we're not alone.

"loneliness has its roots in words,in internal conversation that nodbody answers, solitude has it's roots in the great silence of eternity."

That was Sunday, this is Monday. Message continued?
“You can love someone so much...But you can never love people as much as you can miss them.”

Taylor Swift announces Fall, 2012 tour
New 2012 CD

From Taylor's facebook:
Oh hey!
I'm writing you from Nashville, where I just sat in a big room with a lot of people and made a lot of decisions about a lot of things happening very soon. And as vague as that sentence was, I think you know what it means.
Stuff is about to happen.
And I love you more than ever.
Concert warm-up will be September 22, 2012 at the iHeart Music Festival in Las Vegas. Expect new songs to be introduced at that show.
