Ashly Tisdale wishes her nose surgery had been this successful Colbie Caillat Breakthrough due Tuesday

Breakthrough is Colbie Caillat's new CD premiering this weekend on Radio Disney. If you look at the before and after photos, looks like Caillat had her own breakthrough. No plastic surgeon, but if you compare nose and eyes, the top photos don't compare to the original equipment photos before. Looks like Ashley Tisdale should have asked Caillat what plastic surgeon she was using before getting her nose done. Our compliments to Caillat's doctor. Only one question, why'd you stop at the neck up? Caillat's new look is like the desert in July - HOT! No wonder the Radio Disney disk jockey was pushing Tisdale out the door to get Caillat into the studio.
