Comedy act Glee tops
Billboard album charts
Ironically the week I started listening to the second Glee effort, the television show crew landed at the top of Billboard's album charts, selling nearly 100,000 out-of-the-box Glee: The Music, The Power of Madonna....
Listening to Glee 2, I thought it was probably the worst album ever made, including American Idiot's William Hung or Black Eyed Peas' Fergie.
Then I listened to Glee's version of Jump. Immediately I knew it was a comedy album. Not even William Hung or William Shatner could have performed this song so badly.
Yawn,
Miley Cyrus releasing new CD
Appears at L.A.'s The Grove
Madonna, Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus is reportedly coming out with a new CD June 22, Can’t Be Tamed. Wonder if it will have the Bret Michaels song (some guys will do ANYTHING to get publicity) song or the Timbaland song?
Not seeing it listed on Amazon yet.
She also performed The Climb at L.A. The Grove shopping mall April 28, 2010. Someone told me that was named after Intel President Andy Grove. Any truth to that wonderful Grove marketing staff? Leave a comment.

Tish Cyrus, Miley's mom, made
$20-million this month
Did you?
Did you know there's NO non-copyrighted photos of Mily Cyrus' mom Tish where she's alone, by herself, available online?
Some women marry a man for his money. Sort of happened to Tish Cyrus when she married Billy Ray Cyrus. It took 17 years, but it has paid off for Tish, and Billy Ray had little to do with it other than giving her a child originally named Destiny Hope.
That baby girl grew, changed her name to Miley and delivered $20-million+ to Tish Cyrus in the month of April, 2010.
Tish is the producer on The Last Song, which has earned $55-million in a month; holding at #9 at the box office this week.
Can you say you made $20-million this month?

Justin Bieber DUI
Back #1 on Billboard charts
Marketing $ociologist see the future
April 7 Marketing $ociologist let you know Justin Bieber would push Usher out of Billboard's #1 slot to regain the Tween Music crown. Happened just like I called it. Bieber's back on top of Billboard's 200.
Now, I just learned Justin Bieber got his driver's license. He may be the boy you can take hope to mom, but set the time clock for when we read about Bieber busted for DUI.

Miley Cyrus ends chart drought
When I Look At You #16
Following two singles that stiffed
Eight weeks into the charts, Miley Cyrus' When I look at You, originally released on The Time of Our Lives EP, but more recently on The Last Song soundtrack, is perched at #16 on Billboard's Hot 100 with a star - meaning it's rising.
This follows two singles that stiffed - Nothing to Lose with Bret Michaels, and my favorite of all Miley songs, Timbaland's We Belong to the Music.
