At 22, Bridgit Mendler said she's moved away from the Disney image and into more mature roles.

She's even beginning to show some cleavage.  Granted, not as risque as most you see today - like that newly minted tart Taylor Swift, but it's a beginning!

Watching Bridgit Mendler in Tempe on her Mayan Apocalypse Eve show 12-20-12 was next to impossible. Someone had a table mobile device about 14 x 12 inches placed right in front of Ms. Mendler. Parents were putting children on their shoulders to see over this obstruction.

Ms. Mender didn't say anything. Yet she went off to the side of the crowd to accept a drawing of herself.

After keeping the crowd waiting, making the fantastic opening band, Weird is the New Cool, cut its set to three songs (they finished with Taylor Swift's We Are Never, Ever Getting Back Together - sort of ska meets Flo Rida meets Swift).

There's a word for Mender, who does have a fantastic voice, Diva!
