Time to launch Barron Trump's entertainment career

An open letter to President Donald Trump:

I want to be the Brian Epstein (for those who have never heard of a musical and movie act called The Beatles, he was their manager and created their fame) for your son Barron Trump.

He's the correct age for launching his music career as well as having a show on either Disney or Nickelodeon. All I need, President Trump, is your signature on this document. Great. Let's make Barron a famous tween star!

Remember Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez? Never hurt them being famous from a young age, correct?

We're BACK
First brat Barron Trump
Resurrects Tween Music

Just as his father, President Donald Trump, resurrected the dead social media site Twitter, First Brat Barron Trump, born in 2006, a year before largest baby boom in history - 2007, has revitalized Tween Music. Aren't you glad? Follow for adventures of this first tween.

You can see by the plane photo little Trumpettes are setting their sights on the most eligible boy in the world. Which celebrities will he show up with next/first?

Look for him to break up Weeknd and Selena Gomez. Hey, Bella Hadid is single! What about Bella Thorne? How many other Bellas can he plow through before he reaches 12?

Demi Lovato joins Selena Gomez
Leaves Hollywood Records
Creates own label
Safehouse Records

In case you weren't paying attention, end of May, 2015, Demi Lovato followed Selena Gomez and said so long to Hollywood Records. Lovato created her own label Safehouse Records and is expected to release a new CD/album in time for the 2015 winter holiday fray.

Taylor Swift also reportedly has left Big Machine Records. Will she join Gomez at Interscope? Reports are Apple Corporation, the computer, not Beatles records, is courting her for a label it wants to establish. Hey, how about Apple Records?

Hollywood Records is skating on thin ice when it comes to talent on its label. R5 is its biggest act with Lovato leaving.

Taylor Swift staying with Big Machine instead of jumping to Interscope?
Apple Corporation apparently makes offer

In December, it was reported Taylor Swift would abandon Big Machine Records to join Selena Gomez at Interscope.

Reports today say Apple Corporation has made an offer on Big Machine. Looks like Swift will be staying.

This is a major business announcement if the reports are true.

Selena Gomez leaves Hollywood Records for Interscope; Taylor Swift expected to follow

In case you missed it, Selena Gomez jumped from Hollywood Records over the weekend, where she signed in 2008, to Interscope Records (why do these companies still call themselves "record" instead of entertainment companies?).

The split was totally expected for most of 2014, with the release of a greatest hits CD, "The Heart Wants What It Wants," fulfilling her contract with Hollywood.

Gomez joins artists like Madonna, Eminem, U2, Dr. Dre and more at Interscope. Hollywood is left with only two prominent acts, Demi Lovato and R5.

"1989" is also expected to be Taylor Swift's last CD for Big Machine label. It is possible/probable she too is in discussion with Interscope.

Selena Gomez turns 21 Monday
Tell me you can tell difference between
Her act and this half-century old clip

Tell me you can tell the difference between Selena Gomez's image and this 50 year old video of another Disney star. History repeats itself. Or Disney has a formula.

Late July 8, 2013, Bridget Mendler tweeted above. Is she pregnant, as in P G? She's 20, same age as ousted Disney stars Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus. She's reportedly been dating Shane Harper, her Good Luck Charlie co-star.

Stars Dance Selena Gomez
How record labels and retail conspire
To screw you, the consumer

Five weeks from now Hollywood Records releases Stars Dance by Selena Gomez.

Reportedly there's a song she and Taylor Swift either co-wrote or co-perform.

Amazon is adverting it for $11.88; eleven tracks. iTunes offers two extra tracks, Nobody Does It Like You and Music Feels Better, for only $10.99.

Target adds iTunes two additional tracks, plus Love In Me and I Like It That Way for $13.99.

Walmart offers no additional tracks. For $13.88 you get the eleven tracks, plus a DVD of previously released songs, probably what you could get from YouTube.

Record execs wonder why people are ripping and sales are down. Someday there'll be a website where all songs are 99 cents. You don't need to buy the CD. Better yet, how about a video website where people will post the songs as soon as they get the CD? Oh, that's called YouTube.
