Ashley Tisdale will grace the Valley of the Sun on Thursday, Oct. 22 when she performs at the Scottsdale Fashion Mall (5 p.m.).Will she be picking up her Building the Band Brand: Becoming famous in the 21st Century award? She's the first and only one the award has been bestowed upon so far.
